
The social media platform X has experienced a “massive cyber attack” that has prevented some users from accessing the website. On March 10, Elon Musk, the platform’s owner, affirmed this.
“This attack was carried out with a great deal of resources, but we get attacks like this every day. Musk claimed that either a large, well-organized organization or maybe an entire nation was involved.
As of this writing, Downdetector says that over 33,000 people reported experiencing X outages on March 10.
In response to a social media user who had enumerated a number of attacks against the entrepreneur’s interests, Musk acknowledged the cyberattack. These included vandalism against Tesla stores and demonstrations against the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE).
At least ten incidents of damage against Tesla stores and cars have been reported by NBC News, most likely in retaliation for the wealthy businessman’s participation in the Trump White House.
